The product
Discivia is licensed desktop software. Purchase grants a personal license as described on the Buy page, not ownership of the source code or trademarks.
Checkout
Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their buyer terms, refund policy, and tax handling apply to the payment itself. After a successful charge they email the license key and download links.
Acceptable use
Do not redistribute the installer or license keys. Do not use Discivia to produce or spread unlawful content. Educational use is welcome; classroom seat counts should be confirmed with us before a lab deploy.
No warranty yet
Until a numbered public release, builds may change quickly. We will not be liable for incidental damages from using a pre-release or placeholder-configured site. This clause will be replaced with a full EULA at first general availability.
